Eligibility Information

Who Can Enroll?

You are eligible to participate in the Big Brand Tire benefit plans if you are a full time employee. Your coverage will start on the first day of the month following, or coinciding with 60 days of employment. You may also enroll your eligible dependents, including:

• Legally married spouse
• Your Qualified Domestic Partner (contact Human Resources for eligibility details)
• Your Children up to age 26 (natural, adopted, foster or stepchildren) If your dependent child is over age 26 and mentally or physically disabled, coverage can be continued with proof of the ongoing disability.
